4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule your service request at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds for cancellations made within the required timeframe will be processed within 7-10 business days. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, a cancellation fee may apply.
